About The Designer
Stephanie Muñoz is a distinguished leader in the world of fashion design, entrepreneurship, and innovation. With a passion for creating exquisite apparel and accessories that speak to both artistry and individuality, her career began at a remarkably young age. At just eight years old, she began her journey in design, and by the age of ten, she was already orchestrating styled photoshoots. It was at the age of seven that she learned to sew—a skill that would set the stage for her entrepreneurial journey. During her high school years, she started selling handcrafted denim bags, marking the beginning of her path as a fashion innovator.
Today, Stephanie's designs are worn by celebrities and professional athletes on red carpets and featured on national television, cementing her reputation as a leading figure in the fashion industry.
Mpoze Fashion is more than just a brand—it embodies a visionary outlook on fashion. Incorporated and led by women, Mpoze is committed to providing a luxury, personalized experience for both male and female clients. The brand blends the worlds of fashion, art, and innovation, offering services that span personalized styling, shopping, and fashion therapy. While Stephanie’s expertise shines in creating high-quality, bespoke suits and coats, Mpoze embraces a spirit of creativity that goes beyond conventional fashion boundaries. Each piece is marked by audacity, originality, and a commitment to sustainability and innovation.
As a “Fashion Therapist,” Stephanie brings a unique ability to combine a keen eye for style with an understanding of her clients’ needs. She helps elevate their fashion profiles while honoring their individualities, creating garments that not only fit perfectly but resonate with each client’s personal essence.
In addition to her design work, Stephanie has introduced a groundbreaking fashion internship program at Mpóze Fashion LLC, providing opportunities for the next generation of creative talent. She also serves on the board of the Boston Arts Academy Fashion Technology Department and has taught as an adjunct professor at Fisher College, where she instructed courses on Retail Buying and Retail Product Development.
Stephanie is also the founder of Suited for Fashion, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering underserved and underrepresented youth in the arts community. Through this initiative, she is helping foster long-lasting connections within the arts sector and creating opportunities for aspiring artists to flourish.
Her overarching goal is to evaluate the impact of Mpoze's luxury experience while also creating meaningful transformations in the lives of young creatives through her non-profit. Stephanie remains deeply committed to making a positive, lasting impact both within the fashion industry and in her community.
